It features a prominent "licorice-anise" heart from star anise and liquorice root, which is beautifully brightened by fresh mint and citrusy lemongrass. The addition of chamomile flower heads provides a gentle, floral finish that rounds out this calming digestive cup.
USE: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 90ºC-95ºC and let stand for 4-5 minutes.
