This blend is anchored by a strong 76.0% black tea base, providing the necessary body to support a complex spice profile. It features a warming "heat" from ginger and crushed black pepper, balanced by the sweet, woody notes of cinnamon and cloves. Bright orange peel adds a touch of citrus zest, while green cardamom provides its signature aromatic sweetness to round out the finish.
USE: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 90ºC-95ºC and let stand for 3-4 minutes. Add milk or plant-based substitute.
